Reiki is a powerful ancient energy practice that creates space, within yourself and for your body's natural ability to heal itself. It's a gentle, non-intrusive way of opening up the energy pathways within you, supporting your whole being. What I've learned is that there's something profound about Reiki. It grounds you in your body while simultaneously awakening your intuition and connecting you to the subtle, unseen currents of energy that flow through all of life.
By grounding and centering within, you align with your inner essence and allow space for clarity, confidence, and a more authentic approach to life. This radiates through your decisions and interactions, benefiting not just you but everyone in your circle. Learning to practice Reiki deepens this transformation. As you learn to channel this energy, something profound begins to unfold in how you relate to yourself. You become more attuned to your own needs, more present in your body, and more aware of the energy you carry.

Reiki Trainings 2026

  • Shoden is a Japanese word meaning ´ the beginning teachings´. As the word implies, this course is an introduction to Reiki, a hands-on healing therapy with its roots in Japanese origin. You will receive the level one Reiki attunement, a lifelong gift that empowers you to support your own well-being and that of others.

    In this training you will learn:

    • the Reiki History

    • the Reiki principles

    • the basics of energy healing work (including the tandens) 

    • the Gokai (the five principles) for developing a spiritual and mental connection 

    • practicing Self Reiki & Reiki on others

    Also included:

    • reiki level One attunement

    • the first shirushi (symbol) in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage 

    • reiki certificate 

    • materials and resources on Reiki 

    • individual follow-up within 4 weeks after the course is finished

    • continuous mentorship if needed

    • herbal teas and nourishing fika

  • Okuden is a Japanese word meaning ´inner teachings´ or ´secret teachings´. This training is about continued self-healing and growth. It also broadens your knowledge and healing skills to enable you to help others to heal and grow and explore Reiki long-distance. This level is also beneficial for your own inner/spiritual development, developing a deeper trust with your intuition.

    In this training you will learn:

    • new techniques

    • explore working intuitively

    • practice long distance healing

    • review of Reiki level one

    • two new reiki symbols: unlock their meaning and power in your practice

    Also included:

    • okuden Reiju - attunement

    • hands-on practice

    • distance healing practice

    • reiki tools and techniques (including Byosen) to assist in advancing your practice

    • materials and resources

    • Book: Reiki for life - by Penelope Quest

    • reiki diploma (after homework is completed)

    Prerequisite

    Reiki Level One - 

    You will be asked to send a photo of your diploma. If you have not studied with me prior I will set up a zoom call with you so we can discuss what you’ve already learned.

  • ART is the training between Reiki Level Two (Okuden) and Reiki Masters (Shinpiden). In this training we will work to further deepen your connection with your intuition as well as other tools and techniques within the original Reiki lineage. The Advanced Reiki Training (ART) involves discipline and dedication to work with the energy on your own time as well as class time. For those who are ready to deepen their practice, ART will support your inner growth and help you bring more groundedness and presence to your healing work.

    In this training you will learn:

    • explore new techniques and deepen your understanding of previously taught techniques

    • explore working intuitively 

    • receive practical applications of the new Reiki symbol

    • review Reiki Levels one & two

    • have a lecture on setting up your professional Reiki business 

    • have a lecture on professional and energetic boundaries

    Also included:

    • advanced Reiki attunement

    • hands-on practice

    • materials and resources

    • Homework assignments

    • reiki diploma (after homework is completed)

    • individual follow up via Zoom within 4 weeks after course

    • continuous mentorship if needed

1:1 Sessions

  • This session includes 45 min of active energy work and 15 min of intuitive guidance. When I step into a healing session, I connect deeply with the essence of Reiki and the person I'm here to support. This means that whether we're physically together or miles apart, the power of a distance session is just as remarkable as an in-person experience.

    After the session, you’ll receive a voice note or a written email, with anything that came up for me while the energy was doing it´s work.

  • This session combines the Heart Healing attunement with active energy-work. This unique blend helps you connect with your heart's feelings that might have been unnoticed. The heart´s rythms can influence our feelings and emotions. By bringing attention to your heart you can calm the heart and mind and by doing so reducing stress and enhancing joy.

    This session includes 60 min of active energy work and 15 min of intuitive guidance.

    After the session, you’ll receive a voice note or a written email, with anything that came up for me while the energy was doing it´s work.

    Language: english / dutch.

    75 minutes session.

  • In this session, we’ll connect with your authentic self to uncover the true nature of your desires and strengths. Aligning your true self with your life´s path, you’ll open the door to your essence and deeper fulfillment. I tune into your soul’s energy field to channel messages and guidance, specific to your current situation.

    The session is held digitally over Zoom, from your own space. A quiet/calm environment is recommended.
